The Eye Design Professional Dark Scalp Pigment is a concentrated formula suitable for clients with caramel, olive, dark brown skin tones, Fitzpatrick 4-6, and for those wanting a more defined, darker hair look. 

It features a velvety semi-cream consistency and it can be mixed with our Dilute Solution for texture adjustments. For example: Mix a drop of the dilute solution into the pigment ring/cup if the pigment thickens.

All of our pigments are CE certified, Certificate of ISO 9001 : 2015. They are in compliance with the EU-Regulation, as well as the extremely strict German Regulation on Cosmetics and Tattoo Pigments.
