    RETAIL ORDERS SHIPPING POLICY

    Eye Design Professional offers many ways to take delivery of your purchase including:

     

    Delivery within Australia:

    • FREE Shipping Australia-wide for orders of $249 and above (***except for some heavy items required additional charges) 
    • Orders under $249 Shipping Rates: 


    • EDP dispatches orders daily and we use Express, Toll Express or Australia Post Express as our shipping vendors.
    • All orders placed before 12:30 PM Sydney time, are sent out the same day or the day after.
    • Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.
    • You will receive an email notification marked “Shipped” once the item is posted.
    • Contact EDP team if you do not receive your purchase within 10 business days upon order placement.

    Delivery Within NZ

    • Free Standard Shipping New Zealand for orders over $349 (except for some heavy items required additional charges)
    • Orders under $349 Shipping Rates: 
    • EDP dispatches orders within New Zealand daily and we use Australia Post as our shipping vendor.
    • All orders placed before 12:30 PM Sydney time, are sent out the same day.
    • Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days.
    • You will receive an email notification marked “Shipped” once the item is posted.
    • Contact EDP team if you do not receive your purchase within 15 business days upon order placement.
    • Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

    International Shipping

    • EDP uses a range of international shipping vendors to ship our products internationally.
    • All orders placed before 12:30 PM Sydney time, are sent out the same day.
    • Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks.
    • You will receive an email notification marked “Shipped” once the item is posted.
    • Contact EDP team if you do not receive your purchase within 18 business days upon order placement.
    • Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. 

     

    WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY

    For wholesale orders please note that multiple parcel orders and heavy / bulky items exceeding 10kgs will incur additional freight surcharges. We will be in touch to confirm the final cost of shipping and we will notify you if additional freight charges need to be applied.

    Eye Design Professional will dispatch orders within 48 hours if all of the items ordered are in stock. We will contact you to discuss about the shipping and delivery timeline if we don’t have the items ordered in stock. Orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    Minimum wholesale order: $1000. 

    We currently only ship wholesale orders to Australia and New Zealand. If you are outside of these countries and are interested in purchasing from us, please contact info@eyedesignpro.co and we will try our best to assist.
