Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

    ABOUT 

    The Eye Design Professional Affiliate Program invites beauty artists, influencers, creators and salons to recommend our products to their friends, customers, students and followers.

    PROGRAM FEATURES 

    • 10% commission for affiliates on all referred sales
    • 10% unique discount code to share with their audience
    • 45 cookie days- this means the customer has 45 days to complete a purchase after clicking through a referral link for your commission to be valid
    • Free products & samples 

    JOIN THE PROGRAM

    We may personally invite you to join our Affiliates program, or you can also submit your application through this page.  

    Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your application. If approved, you will have access to your affiliate portal where you will be able to track your earnings and payments, generate affiliate links and customise your discount code. 

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • No minimum followers required- we take into consideration the quality over quantity of followers.
    • You must display beautiful and high-quality photos and videos of work on social media.
    • Your work and content must be relevant to the products/ services that we currently offer.
    • You must give permission for Eye Design Pro to repost your photos on our digital channels, which includes (but are not limited to): social media, website, email marketing, paid marketing. 
    • You must submit 2x feed posts and 4x story posts per month on your Instagram / Facebook account tagging @eyedesignprofessional (IG) and 'Eye Design Professional' (FB).
    • Include the hashtag #eyedesignpro #eyedesigprofessional #EDPAmbassador on every post.
    • You must comment and regularly like Eye Design Pro posts on social media as well as fellow Ambassadors pages.
    • You must be passionate about the Eye Design Pro brand, products and services.
    • There are no lock in contracts, however you must fulfil the requirements stated within this Terms & Conditions. Failure to meet any of the minimum monthly requirements will result in termination. Please communicate with us if you find difficulty in posting regularly. 

    • Share your unique discount code with your community and receive commission each time the code is used for a purchase. One time use per code, per person. Codes can only be used on Eye Design Professional Brand items and do not include academy classes or salon services.

    • Your social media account must be public. Please do not change your username/channel name without notifying us. 

    Payments
    All payments will be processed 30 days after the invoice date, with a minimum payout of $50. This means affiliates need to earn at least $50 commissions before the earning becomes payable.

    Commission Fees
    Eye Design Professional reserves the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, or incorrect orders due to the accidental duplications or errors. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfil.

    Legal Compliance
    Eye Design Professional reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you. 

    All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie Spam Act 2003), and all other anti-spam laws.
