Eye Design Eyeliner Pigment in Kajal Black features a darkest black shade that does not turn blue, green or red overtime. It is a natural water-based formula with a luscious and permeable liquid consistency, perfect for application using our Cosmetic Tattoo Machine and S1 Nano Needles.
